By [Craig Coffee](/craig-coffee)

[The book is free.](/i-used-to-stutter-book) [Daily Cup of Craig Coffee](/daily-cup-of-craig-coffee) is free. And these answers are here for you to read.

I'm sharing the kind of material I would have wanted when I was struggling. I would have loved somebody to explain what they actually did, what they thought about before speaking, and what happened when they went out into the world and tried it.

## Start with the question that brought you here

Maybe it's [saying your name](/stutter-saying-your-name). Maybe it's [a phone call](/stuttering-phone-calls), a conversation with a stranger, or what you tell yourself after a hard day.

I've talked about those things because I lived them. I can show you the practice I did, the way I thought about it, and the things I had to learn along the way. I've also talked about the attempts that didn't go well.

[The question index](/questions) helps you find the subject you want. The book gives you the longer account.

## The daily email is a conversation

Daily Cup of Craig Coffee is my daily email from me to you. I share encouragement while you work on your speech, things I've learned, and a bit of my life outside all this.

You can write me back. I want to hear what makes sense and what needs a better explanation. When I've shared my writing, I've asked for that kind of feedback: tell me what you like, and tell me what you don't get.

That's why I'm putting this out there. I want to explain the work I would have wanted somebody to explain to me.
